Can a Filipino be an aupair to any country?

I'm Ellen Rose Gacayan 22 years old, currently living in the  Philippines . I am super interested on working as your Aupair, this will be my first time if you give me this opportunity. ?

I already have an International passport.

I do love taking good care of childrens, I love to be with childrens. I have an experience of taking care of childrens.
