If you are looking for an au pair for your family, you should also change your search status to "We are searching for an au pair". That way you can then use our matching function to find those au pairs that would be the best options for your family. 

It is also good to add more information about yourselves to your profile to get the au pairs more interested. Have a look at our tips from the FAQ section.
