Impossible to open message from host families
Hi, I received 2 messages from differents family, But when I wanted to open their messages, the message "this user is blocked" and therefore impossible to read, while I have not blocked these families, what can I do?

getting more popular unfortunately obviously also means becoming more attractive for scammers - yesterday we had to block two families who we strongly suspect of being scammers, and both of them unfortunately messaged you (and many many other au pairs) before we blocked them.
It's very important for us to keep connectAuPair a safe place for au pairs and families, and blocking scammers is part of this.
